It cannot be used to advertise people, businesses, or products, and cannot be mass-produced or used for profit in any other form. They can be used for personal use only - online display, print it for yourself, etc.• The artwork can be under no circumstances used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, or future inventions in the space.• Repainting, reselling, redrawing or modification of the art in any way is prohibited.• Always credit me when using/posting my art. Do not claim it as made by you, do not steal.• I reserve the right to decline any art request or terminate the process (with proper refunds) if I am unable to continue work on the art piece.• I reserve the rights to all artworks and process work leading up to the final piece in my portfolio, social media sites, websites, galleries, books, etc. unless agreed on otherwise.• By requesting a private art piece I agree not to repost the art piece on my social platforms.
If not requested, I retain the rights to repost them.• Full refunds are only accepted if I have not yet sent you a sketch update/have not yet started working on the piece. Partial refunds will be processed depending on the phase of process the piece was in.

• All of the prices listed are for a character and a simple background only and are only orienting. I do detailed backgrounds only by mutual agreement after contacting me.• Unlisted requests might be discussed after contacting me.• Extremely detailed designs (complex ornamental armours, jewellery and such), complex perspectives and poses might cost more than listed depending on complexity.• Every additional character costs 80% of the price listed.

PROCESS
• Depending on the piece requested, the estimated time of completion might be from two weeks to a month after I start working on it.• You will be updated with every phase of the drawing process once I start working.• Please, be clear about what you request. References, mood boards and photos will be appreciated.• The sketch will be adjusted to your requests as many times as needed. Afterwards, only small changes will be accepted if not agreed on otherwise.• The finished art piece will be provided through e-mail if not agreed on otherwise.WILL and WON‘Ts
